Position :Benefits Advisor B2C
Main duties/accountabilities/key performance indicators:
4 To deliver compliant product presentations to potential
customers in the workplace
4 To complete and pass all training as required in order to
comply with company and regulatory requirements
4 To administrate the proper completion of application forms,
daily and weekly work records and the timely submission of these
documents to either the Customer Service Centre or the Management
Team as appropriate
4 Strong communication skills
4 Good interpersonal skills (relationship management skills)
4 Aptitude for field based work operating under own Initiative
4 Negotiation & problem solving skills
Technical skills & knowledge
4 High Education Graduate.
4 Good English & computer knowledge.
4 Good product knowledge
4 Age less than 30 years old.
Proven track record of target achievement in a customer focussed
environment, specially in retail, consumer finance and direct sales
Monthly payment : 1 000 L.E. + Commission
