My work in project
We were studying the wind tunnel components, the centrifugal fan performance, transmission system (shaft, couple& bearing) to determine how to calculate losses in this parts and required power in test section then We determined the AC motor’s power and r.p.m needed to run wind tunnel system. as a result of our calculation we bought (50 h.p & 3000 r.p.m) AC motor and installed it.
