• درجة الماجستير في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة معترف بها خبرة 5 سنوات في مشاريع المياة
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية من جامعة معترف بها خبرة 7 سنوات في مشاريع المياة .
• حاصل علي شهادة PMI .
• لديه القدرة في التعامل مع المخططات الهيدروليكية لخطوط الشبكات .
• اي جنسية .
