هذا الواجب :
A mixture of petroleum products are fed to a distillation column D1 with a refulx-boilup scheme.
The gases generated from the distillation process are taken through a stream to an electrical heater H1, before taken out of the system through a valve (V1) as a final product.
Another stream is taken to a storage tank (E101). The level inside the tank is monitored and controlled. The concentration inside the tanks is also monitored .
Another stream is is pumped from the storage tank (E101) as a reflux back to the distillation column and the flow is controlled via valve (V2). The concentration controller mounted on the tank (E101) controls the opening and closing of this valve in order to maintain the concentration of gasses inside the column.
The liquids (residuals) inside the distillation column are controlled via another concentration controller. A stream of these residuals are taken to a heat exchanger (H2) before exiting via valve (V3), which is controlled with the second concentration controller…
Another stream is taken from the bottom of the heat exchanger (H2) that combines with an exit stream coming from the distillation column. The joined stream is governed via a control valve that is controlled with a level controller monitoring the level of liquids at the bottom of the distillation column.
