Theses resistances are stored in column vector R. The current I that is passing through the

circuit is constant. The power Pi used in each resistor is given by Pi = I

I = 0.6, R1 = 5.0, R2 = 3.0, R3 = 9.0, R4 = 4.0, R5 = 1.0, and R6 = 5.0

» Write an m file (script) to do the followings:

a) Define the column vector R, which contains the value of resistors.

b) Call the function “power” to calculate the power vector P that provides the power

consumed by every resistor.

c) Calculate and display the average power used by resistors. (use built in functions).

d) Find the index of Ri that has maximum power usage.

» Write an m file (script) to Create function “power” which receives the electric

current I and the resistance column vector R and return the power vector column P

used by every resistor.

Note: Two files must be provided for this problem, i.e. problem1.m and power.m
