السلام عليكم جميعا ارجو منكم معلومات حول medical gases network وشكرا

Medical gases

The distribution pipeline is made of copper pipes. The medical gas stream requires high grade of purity and zero fat
content. Copper wire elements are sealed in order to provide safety of conjunction.
The used protective gas prevents scaling.
The pipe networking is executed so as there are no obstacles for the flow at maximum load. The main distribution network subdivided into two subgroups.
In case of failures or if the subgroup repair is required, it is possible to disable it without stopping the whole network. It is disabled by locking valves and control manometers independent from other systems.
Operating pressure of oxygen, nitrous oxide, compressed air, carbon dioxide is 5 bar, to provide operation of equipment - 8 bar.
Gas consumption is determined in accordance with the standards.
The connection terminals are performed in accordance with international standards (DIN 13260 part 2), in order to avoid usage of adapters.

Alarm devices:

The electrical alarm devices for oxygen, nitrous oxide, compressed air,
vacuum give warning in case of failure of medical gas supply parameters. Optical and acoustic indication (buzzer may be disabled) has a certain forestalling so as to have enough time for making decisions.
All signals are transmitted to the central day-and-night control unit.

[LEFT]Central oxygen (О2) supply system

Oxygen is supplied from the present gasifier.
The cylinder units are installed in order to guarantee oxygen supply. They serve as the reserve units in case of failure of gasifier.
Semiautomatic switching devices toggle the gasifier to the cylinder units.
The monitoring - through alarm devices with optical and acoustic indicators.

[CENTER]Central nitrous oxide (N2O) supply system

Nitrous oxide is supplied through the cylinder unit on the 1st floor and subdivided into 2 flows.
The switching from the working device to the stand-by one is semiautomatic, via pneumatic control equipment.
The monitoring is the same as for oxygen supply.
