Clients, consultants, subcontractors, and Engineering companies and industry peers, Knowledge Base:
A. Academic Education
n B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with major in Structural Design and or equivalent in the field of specialization, member of a recognized professional organization.
B. Professional Education
n In-depth knowledge of engineering management, well aware of project construction and recognized practices and principals.
n Preferable experience in Oil & Gas Industry construction projects in the Arab world and internationally.
C. Special Knowledge
n Corporate level and senior management skills develop coherent team to achieve strong presence and recognition within the project members, consultants, subcontractors and client.
Computer literate especially Engineering related programs and fluent in oral and written English (Arabic is an advantage),
Previous Experience:
Experience of at least 6 - 10 years in multidiscipline projects construction. At least 5 of which in engineering for major Oil & Gas Industry Projects. Experience the Middle East in particular GCC is an advantage.
Able to manage, implement and control the verification and validation process of the project engineering processes (Drawings, Designs) within set time frame and within a multicultural environment, to ensure and assist the smooth work flow.
Thorough and meticulous on specifications and details, able to work under pressure. Professional Skills:
n Decisive, well balanced and detailers oriented
Analyse and resolve work obstacles and drawings in professional and clear manner Accountability and self-management.
Personal Characteristics:
n Able to perform and maintain deadlines under pressure
n Loyal, trustworthy, honest and dedicated to continues progress and technology related to his line of work
