للقشطه:
2 كوب حليب
5 ملاعق كبيره دقيق
كوب قشطه
ندوب الدقيق في الحليب علي البارد
ثم نرفعهم في اناء علي النار حتي يغلظ الخليط
نبعد القدر عن النار و نضيف القشطه و نقلب جيدا
حتي يتجانس الخليط تماما

تفتت الكنافه و تفرك جيدا بالسمن السايح

ندهن صينيه بالسمن
-
نضع نصف مقدار الكنافه
-
نضغط علي الكنافه الموجوده في الصينيه جيدا جدا باستخدام صينيه اخري اصغر منها
-
نرش مقدار من السمن السايح
-
نغطي الكنافه بطبقه القشطه (مع الابتعاد عن الاطراف
-
نضيف النصف الآخر من الكنافه المفروكه بالسمن و نضغط عليها مرة اخري

نرش مقدار جيد من السمن السايح
-
تخبز فى الفرن حتى يحمر الوجه ثم تسقى بالشراب البارد وهى ساخنه[/b][/size][/color]
