Job Description
§Carry out proper fault diagnosis to improve the quality of repairs and reduce repeats
§Complete all high level repairs and achieve targeted productivity within the given time frame.
§Minimize BER rates by carrying out quality repairs
§Participate in technical forums and provide inputs & suggestions on repair related issues
§Prioritizing repairs on FIFO basis
§Achieve maximum scores in all attended trainings to keep up with the high technical competency level
§Preserve the customer property with utmost care to reduce customer dissatisfaction
§Properly maintain and track the Spares, Tools and Equipments to optimize maximum utilization of the same with minimum stock discrepancy

Requirements for candidates:
Must be Nokia mobiles Software & Hardware oriented
§Diploma in Electronics / Tele communications field
§2 to 3 years experience in mobile service industry as a level 3 technician
§Fluency in windows based computer operations and applications
§Fluency in English – Read, Write and Speak
