The transformer is rated at 30 deg C, with two stages ONAN and ONAF. It will be connected to generator . According to the curves (MVA vs temperature) of the transformer and generator , the transformer will operate continuously at the ONAF stage. FAns will be in operation during the life of the equipment.
I can not find in standard IEC or IEEE any recommendation .
