فوجئت برسالة ثفيد ينسلل ما يسمى الى جهازى win32.sky net worm
,ويبدو انه تسلل الى registry,حيث لا استطيع تشغيل regedit,also when eressing ctrl,alt,del, there is no response,also the background of the screen had chnged its color,and many disturbances,please send me at a hurry any strong program to delete it from my pc,although my nod32 updated tell the moment but not useful to cure the case.
,or tell about any alternate solution.
فى هذه الحالة لم تستطيع تنزيل اى برنامج فيروسات على جهازك لانه الفيرس الان اصبح يتحكم فى الريجيسترى وحتى وان قمت بازالته فانه سيحفظ فى ملف موقت ومن ثم سيرجع مرة اخرى
والان حتى نعرف كيفية ازالة الفيرس لابد من معرفة اسمه بالتحديد او ال process التى تشغله من خلال task manager
اذا لم تستطيع معرفة اى معلومات عن الفيرس فانه يجب عليه اعادة تنزيل الويندوز
