ث-عمل النوته الحسابيه حسب الأكواد المستخدمه في التصميم.
ج-عمل الرسومات التفصيليه الإنشائيه.
ح-تصميم المنشأت المختلفه لمقاومة الرياح و الزلازل.
3)قسم إدارة المشاريع و الحصر:-
أ-عمل دراسات الجدوي تبعا للطرق الهندسيه المختلفه و تحديد زمن عوائد
المشروع.
ب-تحليل الأسعار و تحديد التكلفه المبدئيه للمشروع.
ت-عمل البرامج الزمنيه للمشروع.
ث-أعمال حساب الكميات و الحصر.
ج-عمل المقايسات و دفاتر الكميات و أوراق المشروع.
ح-تحليل الأسعار و مساعدة المقاولين في تقديم عطاء مناسب للمشاريع
المختلفه من حيث العرض الفني و المالي.
خ-مطابقة جميع لوح المشروع و المواصفات مع بعضها البعض المعماريه,
الإنشائيه و الخدمات.
4)قسم الإلكتروميكانيكال:-
أ-الدراسات و التصميمات الميكانيكيه من حيث التهويه و التكييف.
ب-الدراسات و التصميمات الكهربيه سواء كانت الأناره او القوي.
ت-دراسات و تصميمات إمداد المياه و الصرف.
ث-أنظمة الشبكات و الأنظمه الصوتيه.

d-Quantity surveying.
e-Prepare B.O.Q. and project documents.
f-Prices analysis and help the contractors to present suitable
offer (technical and financial).
g-Project coordination work between the different
disciplines departments.
4)MEPD Department:-
a-Mechanical design and drawing for both of ventilation and
air conditioning.
b-Electrical design and drawings for both of lightings and
power distributions.
c-Water supply design and drawings.
d-Drainage design and drawings.
e-Networks and auditory systems design and drawings.
