Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager
Education
Must have a BS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum 3 years experience as Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager. Certification in Quality Assurance will be an advantage.
Qualifications
§ Experience and understanding of software development in large enterprise organizations
§ Expert in QA processes and the latest methodologies[/left]
§ Strong experience in software quality assurance, development life cycle and release management
§ Expertise in software testing methodologies and strategies, especially automated testing
§ Technical understanding of .Net, Windows, client/server & web-based environment
§ Analytical and innovative thinker with excellent problem solving skills
§ Experience with Automated unit, functional and performance testing.
§ Experience with software configuration management, version control tools is a definite asset
§ Strong organizational and communication abilities to work with cross functional team.
[LEFT]§ Must have a proven track record of testing complex software products on schedule through multiple releases.
Responsibilities
§ Lead the software quality assurance effort, taking the organization software development processes and standards, and bringing them to higher levels.
§ Increase the effectiveness and efficiency by developing and implementing new strategies for automating the software testing, as well as drive the existing processes and schedules.
§ An integral leader in the development process, working with teams across the organization.
§ Must be driven to deliver products of the highest quality and have a passion for the continuous improvement of organization quality assurance methodology, committed to developing repeatable processes and bringing best practices to the organization.
§ Develop new ways of tackling old problems. Will manage a team of quality assurance engineers in performing scalability, functional, performance and integration testing within the constraints of a release schedule, constantly working to increase automation and efficiency.
