*Job DESCRIPTION
• Implement Financial Applications and this includes:
a.Software Installation
b.Data migration and testing
c.Users training
• Provide Technical Support to our clients through:
a.Phone or email
b.On Site
c.Update or migrate the software
d.Trouble shooting, data recovering and reinstalling Software
e.Collaborating with the outside software support team and following up with the customers
• Successfully contribute to the company welfare and reputation by working closely with clients, stakeholders and colleges.
*Requirements for candidates:
• B.Sc. of Computer Science/ Commerce with Computer Experience
• Cairo University/ Ain Shams/ AUC or AAST
• IT banking experience is an asset
• knowledge of Oracle & Microsoft
• 2 - 3 Years
• Fluency in English (Spoken & Written)
• Male
